2020 Celebrate Fairfax Vendor Consideration Form

This is the online request form for all new vendors interested in being considered for the 2020 Celebrate Fairfax! Festival.  Filling out this form does NOT guarantee placement at the 2020 Festival. This form ONLY indicates that you are asking to be considered for any open vending spaces for the event. Once all return vendors from the 2019 Festival are confirmed for 2020 the committee will know what, if any, openings are available for 2020. All new vendors will be required to submit references. If a new vendor is selected, he/she will be contacted to discuss further logistics and answer any questions.

Important Deadlines:

 May 29th 

 Returning Vendors Confirmed and Registered 

June 15th 

 Deadline to submit FOOD VENDOR consideration forms 

 June 20th  

 Any New Vending Operations Selected are Confirmed and Registered 

 June 30th 

 New Vendors Notified If Not Selected 

 June 30th 

 All Vending Spaces Filled for 2020 Festival 

 August 28th 

 Last day to submit payment by check (credit card payments still accepted) for Accepted Vending Operations 

September 18th 

 Certificates of Insurance DUE for Accepted Vending Operations 

September 18th 

 Confirmation Materials Sent Out for Accepted Vendors
